Terms & Conditions  नियम एवं शर्तें

1. The recruiter must provide only genuine and verified candidates. रिक्रूटर केवल सही और सत्यापित उम्मीदवार ही प्रदान करेगा।
2. If any recruiter or candidate is found involved in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity, the company has full right to take strict legal action. यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति धोखाधड़ी या गलत जानकारी देता है, तो कंपनी उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
3. The recruiter will be fully responsible for the candidates provided by them. रिक्रूटर अपने द्वारा भेजे गए उम्मीदवारों के लिए पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होगा।
4. Any activity that harms the company's reputation will not be tolerated. कंपनी की छवि को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाली किसी भी गतिविधि को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
5. The company reserves the right to terminate the recruiter at any time without prior notice in case of misconduct. कंपनी को अधिकार है कि गलत कार्य होने पर बिना सूचना के रिक्रूटर को हटाया जा सकता है।
